FAQ
-
What is Botox and how does it work?
Botox (botulinum toxin) is a purified protein that, when injected in tiny amounts, temporarily relaxes the underlying facial muscles that cause wrinkles and fine lines. This results in smoother, younger-looking skin.
-
What areas can be treated with Botox?
Common treatment areas include:
Glabellar Lines (The "11s" between the eyebrows)
Forehead Lines (Horizontal lines)
Crow's Feet (Lines around the eyes)
We also offer Botox for non-cosmetic concerns like excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis).
-
How long does a Botox treatment take?
A typical Botox appointment is quick, usually lasting only 15 to 30 minutes.
-
Is there any downtime after Botox?
There is virtually no downtime. You can return to your daily activities immediately. We advise avoiding strenuous exercise, lying down immediately, and massaging the treated area for a few hours post-treatment.
-
How soon will I see results, and how long do they last?
You will usually start to see results within 3 to 7 days, with the full effect visible at around 10 to 14 days.
Results typically last for 3 to 4 months. For maintenance, we recommend scheduling follow-up treatments when you notice the muscle activity starting to return.

What is IV Hydration and why is it beneficial?
IV (Intravenous) Hydration is a wellness treatment that delivers essential fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into your bloodstream. This bypasses the digestive system, allowing for 100% absorption and faster, more effective delivery compared to oral supplements.
-
What are some common reasons people get IV drips?
Clients seek IV therapy for various reasons, including:
Boosting energy and overall wellness
Enhancing athletic recovery
Improving immune support
Relieving hangover symptoms
Promoting healthy skin and hair
-
How long does an IV session take?
Most IV sessions take about 45 to 60 minutes. You will relax in a comfortable chair while the solution slowly infuses.
-
What is the difference between an IV drip and a Vitamin Injection (shot)?
IV Drip: Delivers a larger volume of fluid and a mixture of vitamins/minerals over a longer period (45-60 min).
Vitamin Injection (Shot): A quick, direct intramuscular injection of a concentrated vitamin (like Vitamin B12) that takes just a few seconds. Shots are great for a fast, targeted energy boost
-
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes, when administered by a licensed healthcare professional. All IV treatments are administered by our qualified medical staff in a sterile environment, following strict safety protocols.
-
What is a Chemical Peel?
A chemical peel is a clinical skincare treatment in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to exfoliate the top layers. This process encourages cell turnover, revealing smoother, brighter, and healthier-looking skin underneath.
-
What skin concerns can a Chemical Peel address?
Chemical peels are highly effective for treating:
Acne and reducing post-acne scarring
Fine lines and wrinkles
Hyperpigmentation (sun spots, age spots, melasma)
Dull or rough skin texture
-
Are there different types of peels?
Yes, we offer a range of peels (light, medium, and deep) depending on your skin type and goals.
Light/Superficial Peels: Require little to no downtime, and are great for a quick refresh.
Medium Peels: Penetrate deeper and require a few days of peeling/downtime, but deliver more dramatic results.
The appropriate peel will be determined during your consultation.
-
What is the downtime after a peel?
Downtime varies significantly based on the type of peel:
Light Peels: Minimal to no visible peeling, maybe some minor redness that fades quickly.
Medium Peels: Expect 3 to 7 days of visible peeling, redness, and sensitivity, similar to a sunburn. Your provider will give you specific post-care instructions.
-
How often should I get a chemical peel?
For best results, we often recommend a series of 3 to 6 light/medium peels, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Maintenance treatments can be done every few months.
