3. Service Eligibility & Results

  • Age Requirement: Services are generally reserved for individuals 18 years or older. Individuals under 18 may require written parental consent and presence during consultation/treatment.

  • Refusal of Service: MB Aesthetics and Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for a client’s specific health profile.

  • Results May Vary: Aesthetic and wellness outcomes vary from person to person. While we utilize state-of-the-art techniques and products, we cannot guarantee specific results.

4. Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows

To ensure efficient service for all clients, we enforce the following policies:

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $25-100 depending on the service type is required to secure your appointment. This applies toward your total service cost.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least [24/48] hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within the [24/48] hour window, or failure to show up for an appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and/or a fee of $[Insert Amount] (or [Insert %] of the service price).

5. Payment and Refunds

    • Mobile Payments: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    • At this time we do not accept cash or check payments

    Payment is due at the time of service. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

  • Refunds on Services: Due to the nature of aesthetic and wellness services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a result, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation.

  • Product Returns: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Open products are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your health history, current medications, and allergies during your consultation. MB Aesthetics and Wellness is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
